Invitation

Please send in your money as soon as possible. For those that have already sent in money, the Reunion page will update with receipts in the coming days (receipts will not be mailed to you, the list on the reunion page will act as a checkin list).
The Invite
Who: All Great Bridge High School Class of 1995 Alumni are welcome. Check the alumni page to see if we have your name and up to date contact information.
When: Saturday, May 7, 2005, 6 pm
Where: Radisson Hotel Norfolk.
The Details
The attire for the evening is “dressy” (a step up from business casual but not too formal).
Please feel free to come with or without a date. The cost per person is $45 ($90/couple). Checks should be made payable to “GBHS 95 Reunion”. Do not mail cash. Please send in your payment with the accompanying form [below] and mail to:

Shortly after having received your payment, the listing by your name on www.gbhs95.com [follow the link to the reunion page] will be updated to show how many tickets you have purchased. Please check the website to make sure that the committee has updated your name properly. If there are any errors or discrepancies, please contact the committee at reunion@gbhs95.com. Payments must be received by Saturday, April 30.
Please mail your ticket money by April 30 as there will be a limited number of tickets for sale at the door. The committee cannot afford to sell a large number of tickets at the door because the committee has to purchase the tickets in advance. If the committee over estimates the number of tickets to be sold the night of, the committee will be stuck with the remaining balance. Right now that balance sits at nearly 5 figures. Not a reality and the reason why we are notifying everyone that it actually may be necessary to turn people away at the door. This scenario can easily be avoided by purchasing your ticket(s) in advance. Please mail in your ticket money to ensure that you will be able to attend.
The Radisson is located in Norfolk at 700 Monticello Avenue. If you plan to make a hotel reservation, it is recommended that you call as soon as possible as May 7, 2005 is also the day of Old Dominion University’s commencement ceremonies.
In order to reach the Radisson [from Great Bridge]: follow 464 to where it ends (St. Paul’s Blvd exit), turn left onto Brambleton, and the Radisson is about 200 feet down on your right. More detailed directions can be found at www.radisson.com/gbhs1995.
The Radisson has free parking available. Valet parking is available for $6. There is also off-premises parking available by valet free of charge (if the Radisson’s free parking is full). It should also be noted that a free shuttle service is available from Norfolk International Airport for all hotel guests. Please contact the front desk with flight information prior to your arrival.
Once you arrive at the Radisson, proceed to the front desk and signs will direct you to the reunion. There will be door prizes available to those who arrive early.
The menu for the evening will include: sautéed chicken breast mornay with cream sauce, roast sirloin of beef au jus, mixed greens salad, seasonal sautéed vegetables, garlic mashed potatoes, baked rolls with butter, assorted dessert buffet, freshly brewed coffee, and tea. If you prefer vegetarian cuisine, please be sure to check the appropriate box when filling out the form below.
